Signing in

Mixalyst signs you in with a code sent to your email address. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder, then ask for a new one from the sign-in screen.

Lost access to your email

If you can no longer open the email address on your account, write to [email protected] from any address. Tell us the old address, your name, and one community you belong to. We will confirm it is you with a person who knows you, such as an organizer of a shared community, before changing the address. There is no automatic recovery, on purpose: it keeps anyone else from taking over your account.

Deleting your account

In the app, open your account, choose the options menu, then Delete account. You can also write to [email protected] and ask us to delete it.

Reporting a problem

Every message, photo, video and member has a Report option in the app. You can also write to [email protected].
